A sporty polo from HUGO Menswear. This short-sleeved polo has a slim fit made of pure cotton pique material and is characterized by a logo label in characteristic red on the left chest. We always use at least 60% more sustainable raw materials for our RESPONSIBLE products. By purchasing this product, you contribute to the protection of the environment and sustainable cotton cultivation in Africa. Cotton made in Africa is an initiative of the Aid by Trade Foundation. The cotton is grown with 100% rainwater, so no additional water is needed. This initiative supports small-scale farms and is committed to promoting gender equality, fair and equitable working conditions and respect for children's rights. No genetically modified organisms are used and participants are trained in climate-friendly farming methods and organic farming.

Delivery

Arturo works with PostNL and DHL parcel service. The costs vary depending on the country to which the order must be sent. If the order is placed before 4:00 PM, we will ship the item you ordered that same day so that it can be delivered within 3 working days.

Returns

The costs of returns depend on the shipping partner you choose. When returning a product, you are responsible for the return costs. If a package is not returned to us with sufficient postage, we unfortunately cannot accept the package. If you return the product(s) to the store yourself, there will of course be no costs involved.

What are the return conditions?

You must register your return via webshop@arturonijmegen.nl. Please state your order number, reason and the products involved in your email.
The warranty of our items is valid for 7 days.
Arturo has a return period of 14 days and thus follows the so-called right of withdrawal.
Within this period you may view, assess and/or try on the item as you would in our store.
Always return your product in the original packaging , with original labels and price tags attached. The item must not have been worn and/or washed or contain traces of use. The article must also be free of odors such as perfume, smoke or sweat odors.
If the above applies, Arturo has the right to reject the return and return it to the consumer at the consumer's expense.
The return costs for returning to Arturo will not be reimbursed.
Inside 7 working days After we have received your return shipment in good order, you will receive a confirmation that we will send to you by email. We will then refund the purchase amount as soon as possible or cancel the invoice if you have opted for post-payment. Please note that the refund depends on your own bank.
