What are the delivery costs and delivery time?

Arturo works with different package service. The costs vary, it depends on the country to which the order must go. If the order is placed before 16:00, we will send the item you ordered that same day so that it can be delivered within 3 working days. Please note: a delivery time of 1-5 business days applies to "online only" products.

What does the return of a product cost?

The costs of returning depend on the shipping partner you have chosen. When returning a product you are responsible for the return costs. If a package is not sufficiently stamped back to us, we unfortunately cannot accept the package. If you bring the product / products back to the store yourself, then of course there are no costs involved.
 

What are the return conditions?

  • You must register your return via webshop@arturonijmegen.nl. In your e-mail, state your order number, reason and the products that matter. 
  • The warranty of our articles are 7 days.
  • Arturo uses a return period of 14 days and follow the so -called right of withdrawal.
  • Within this period you can view, assess and/or fit the article as you would also do in our store.
  • Always send your product back in the original packaging, with original labels and price tags attached. The item may not have been worn and/or contain crops or traces of use. The article must also be free from smells such as perfume, smoke or sweat scents.
  • If there is the above, Arturo has the right to reject the return and return the consumer to the consumer on the costs of the consumer.
  • The return costs Before returning to Arturo, it is not reimbursed.
  • Inside 7 working days After we have received your return shipment in good order, you will receive a confirmation of this that we will send to you by email. We will then refund the purchase amount as soon as possible or to cancel that invoice if you have opted for payment afterwards. Take into account that the reimbursement depends on your own bank.
